Usage directions

Apply the product to the part of your body where you’re experiencing pain. If you’re using it for colds and congestion, the balm may be applied to your chest and forehead. To enhance its effects, massage the product into your skin until it’s fully absorbed rather than just applying it and letting it sit on top of your skin. You can repeat the application and massaging process up to four times per day. You’ll also want to avoid bathing immediately before or after use. If your skin reacts to Tiger Balm and stays red or irritated, stop using it.
