dMannosa is a nutritional supplement for the health of the urinary system with D-mannose and cranberry extract, ingredients that synergistically help maintain the health of the urinary system. Cranberry is rich in antioxidant tannins, proanthocyanidins (PACs) that help reduce the attachment of bacteria to the urinary wall, preventing the appearance of urinary tract infection and cystitis. It also makes the urine pH more acidic, thus preventing bacterial growth and has detoxifying properties. Mannose is a simple carbohydrate found in fruit and it is also produced by the human body, but in small quantities. It is absorbed in less than 30 minutes in the peripheral organs and then passes through the urinary system and is excreted. Mannose has been found to have a protective effect on the urinary tract against infections and chronic inflammation.

Usage directions
1st, 2nd and 3rd day: 3 sachets per day. 4th and 5th day: 2 sachets per day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 150 ml of water. The sachets should be consumed during the day. It is recommended to drink at least 2 liters of water a day, to facilitate urination.

Every sachet contains: D-Mannose 2 gm. Cranberry fruit extract (dry extract 40% proanthocyanide PACs) 50 mg.
